One night lodging and three meals:

Building Use:

Rent various buildings and/or meeting rooms for retreats, weddings, family reunions, business meetings, church gatherings, and variety of uses. Rentals includes year-round and seasonal spaces with pricing from $150 & up.

Building Use: includes Red Pine Center, Lodge, Lakeside and Chapel

Pricing per day.  Includes use of one level. Additional level add  $25/day

Partial-Use EventsIndividuals, Families, and Small Retreat Groups

Meals are NOT included. Many of our cabins have kitchens where you may prepare your own meals. Meal may also be purchased separately.

No fees for children ages 3 or younger. A family includes immediate members residing at the same address.

Cabins:

Individual rate: $45/person/night   $75 min/cabin/night
Family Maximum: $126/family/night

Lodge

(minimum overnight double occupancy: 12) Groups less than 12 may be charged for a building use fee-($540/night).

Full Weekend: Friday evening - Sunday afternoon
Lodging/Kitchen Use: $45/person/night (additional nights-$40/person/night)
Family Rate (full weekend only): $126/family/night

Half Weekend: Friday evening - Saturday 2 pm  or  Saturday evening - Sunday 2 pm
Lodging/Kitchen Use: $55/person/night (additional nights-$40/person/night)

Weekdays: Sunday thru Thursday
Lodging/Kitchen Use: $41/person/night

Fees include use of all common areas and NP equipment (excluding pontoon) in cooperation with other users.

Grounds Use:
$10/person/full day 
$5/person/half day

Staff lead activities: (archery, fishing, challenge course, etc.)
$15/hour for 1-10 participants
$25/hour for 11-20 participants

Pet Fee: (pets allowed in limited cabins) $25/pet/stay

Waterfront Area

Lifeguard (Required for swimming and waterfront usage.)

Additional hours $15 per hour

Pontoon Rental $19/hour

Deposit Policy for Retreats and Events:

Retreats/Events: 10% due at time of reservation

40% due 60 days before arrival - April 1st for summer dates (June-August)

Refund Policy for Retreats and Events:

In the event of cancellation by a guests or group, they will be released from payment of the Guaranteed Minimum Fee if Northern Pines receives a written notice of the termination no later than 60 days prior to the event, or if Northern Pines re-books the same facilities for the same period of time at the same fee. Northern Pines agrees to use its best efforts to re-book the facility reserved for the cancelled event. If the event is cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival date, all deposits received may be forfeited.
